Bernard graduated as a chemical engineer from the ULB (Belgium). He completed his skills with a degree in management at the ULB (Belgium) and a degree in human ecology at the VUB (Belgium). He is the founder and director of RDC Environment since 1992.
He has developed an 35-years expertise in technical, economic and environmental analyses, which he uses in particular for cost/benefit analyses, life cycle assessments (more than 200 LCA produced or supervised), critical reviews of LCA studies (more than 40), evaluation studies or public policy prospective.
He is an expert in environmental management, waste prevention and management (recycling and technologies), extended producer responsibility (EPR) channels, particularly for ELV, WEEE and packaging.
He is responsible for the scientific quality of the studies and contributes centrally to the methodological aspect of the studies carried out by RDC Environment.
