1. Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds

• Early Cancellation until December 6 2024. (60 days before the event):
  50% refund
• Cancellation between December 6 2024 and February 4 2025:
  No refund
• Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the conference has taken place.

2. Transfer of Registration
Transfer Option: If a participant cannot attend, they can transfer their registration to another person by notifying the organisers by email at least 7 days before the event.

3. No-Show Policy
No Refund: If a participant does not attend the conference and has not canceled their registration in advance, no refund will be issued.

4. How to Cancel
Cancellation Request: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the conference organizers. The date of the email will determine the cancellation category.

5. Policy Acknowledgment
Agreement: By registering for the conference, attendees acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
